Unfortunately someone stuffed up and didn’t do their home work.
The site as mentioned in this competition is not owned by Australia post and no registration is currently available online for the competition.

Tried http://www.australiapost.com.au/outofthebox/ and only got the terms and condition, no registration page or anything that was usable.
